Multiple CTA above fold - its confusing picking between Search and Listing property. Would be best to make separate landing page for the property listing option.
The background image on that fold is also harming legibility.
The multiple colors of the testimonials is also distracting - unless you have a good design reason to have those colors, I suggest you stick to one.
