What do you use as a CRM?
I'm stitching something together with Notion. I'm not even sure what I should be tracking. My outreach method is via cold email.
Hi Chris, if you can afford the Pipedrive.com price of 15 usd / month, I highly recommend it.
It is the most sales-focused CRM I know and you can integrate your custom gmail or SMTP email to automate shipments from the CRM according to the sales stage your prospect is in.
Basically you could create a low budget inbound structure and automate your emails, activities and a lot of other things.
If you are looking for a free and professional alternative, the best proposal is Hubspot CRM.
If you're looking to figure it out on your own, you could go with Notion, Airtable, Trello, or even a Google Spreadsheet.
Greetings.
We use pipedrive as well.. it's come a long way!
It is an excellent product. Apparently news is coming: they will build a complete marketing suite.
If I can collaborate on something, I'll be around. :)
Looks really good ☺️. Would help me think about what I'm not thinking about.
Yes, in fact he has a lot of educational material on his blog and it could be of great help if you think you need to improve your sales funnel, conversions, etc.
Test it :)
Right now we're experimenting with using Trello, but I should emphasise that this is for customers who've signed up, not prospecting. By integrating our system (Payzip) with Trello's API, we can push signups into Trello and then record contact notes and onboarding progress there, using card checklists and progressing customers through the Kanban board.
We use Hunter for our cold emailing.
Creating a unified ecosystem for attracting new and developing existing customers is an integral part of doing business in today's world. I realized this early on in my development phase. I have always tried to use CRMs that integrate ID validation. It was necessary because my business is related to hotels, and as you understand, confirmation of the visitor's identity is significant here. Of course, not everyone will be happy to hand over confidential document information to confirm their identity. But such systems work on a legal basis and cannot harm customers.
We use Salesforce. I guess you're all pretty familiar with it since it is considered the best CRM Software for growing businesses. By the way, Salesforce has recently released a new AI-powered research agent that can help you identify and build new business connections. How cool is that? I mean, should I even be surprised since we live in a very digital century? Oh, also, for those thinking of making a CRM migration, I would recommend looking at this article https://www.ids.agency/blog/the-6-biggest-mistakes-businesses-make-during-a-crm-migration. It explains in a simple way what you should avoid doing when making a CRM migration. I hope this helps!
I currently use Pigeon to run my CRM and the good thing about it is, it runs through gmail, all under one roof. Sent out 1000+ cold emails for the work I do, can work with google sheets/docs. and overall a good tool to use!
