I'm working on an idea and I wanted to ask the IH community before I went too far down the rabbit hole.
What ever the type of work, project or creative, I want to know what you use to gather feedback. Bonus points if you can tell me the pros and cons of each.
Thanks in advance!
I am trying to talk to people who might have the problem my idea tries to solve. Face to face meeting is the most effective way to identify common pain points and validate ideas, IMO
Nice, I agree! Face to face is always the best way to communicate. Do you think a video call is good enough or do you really prefer to invite them to meet in real life?
Can I ask what tools you use to capture those conversations?
Oh face to face I mean online meeting for sure. Too hard to meet in person. It's not easy to find people with a certain background to talk to. I am trying Apollo to find leads and send cold email sequence. But the conversion rate is very low now. Only captured two meetings so far with hundreds of emails. What about you? Have you tried cold outreach people to find pain points?
There are a lot of SAAS out there that already niche focus on customer feedback and sell it B2B as a service. Lots of competition.
AI services now summarize feedback forms / comment threads as well.. another overdone SAAS AI idea...
not sure what new twist / value your idea will bring?
Thanks for the reply but I fear you've missed the point of my post.
I know there are a lot of feedback tools out there already (I use a few myself!) - I was curious to learn of any I didn't know about and what people liked or disliked :)
