What do you use for your inbound marketing funnel
What tools do you use to manage inbound customer interest - from the first contact to communication and to customer management and follow-ups?
We are launching our new product and I want to build a proper pipeline from day 1.
One example I was given today was Intercom website plugin + SalesForce. But that feels too heavy for our case.
We need a way to easily manage customer comms in one place and have a lightweight crm that can be integrated with Stripe and our backend ideally. Also, what other components we may need?

Not sure if this will satisfy your needs, but something like typeform + ifttt + airtable could work.
I think that may work as a basic setup, although would be great to have something better suited for the use case
A friend showed me this the other day = https://www.streak.com/ - it's by Gmail and looks quite helpful - I haven't tried it though - it may be more straightforward as I assume contacts would automatically be added and tracked just by receiving emails
It works well for email but we have other channels and sources, this is too limited for any serious operation, imo
