What do you use to collect customer feedback on an MVP?
I'm looking for a tool to collect customer feedback during the beta run of our MVP for Decision Donkey.
I want something were I can:
- Collect feedback
- Provide Roadmap
- Let Users know what we are working on
What is out there?
Well, if you want to collect feedback, I have been using this tool called Appzi . It is quick to integrate and is free as well. I have been using it in my product, Designtack too.
To provide roadmap and to let your users know about changelog stuff, I would recommend adding a page to your site where you can just log updates? I have seen people link a public trello board as well.
