What do you use to manage multiple projects?

I run a handful of websites that are mostly automated. As i've added more projects I've found i've been spending more and more time monitoring, checking metrics etc. than actually building.

I've been expanding on a (originally CLI) tool that i've been using to check up on my sites, but i'm curious to know what other tools and methods people are using to manage many sites as a solo or small team.
