What do you want from an online course?

We have been running Product Management classes now for a better part of a decade. Initially, it was all in-person, followed by offering online courses, and now we are going to try and shift almost exclusively to online.

My question is if you as a student want to sign up for an online course, what is the main draw? What is the "tipping point" for you to choose one course over another?
