What do you want to read from someone who is building in public?

I guess the obvious answer would be "something of value". What is of "value" to you readers of makers who are building in the open?

I've had my business for a little over five years. I've been struggling a lot with keeping it afloat for the first part of its life. I had a really big business space rented and I was struggling to pay that month to month, but I had this idea that if I was among the big boys in the city I would have the same success they were having. Until one day I thought everything over, canceled that lease, and bought one of those modular buildings from here https://www.spacemakermodularandportablebuildings.co.uk/our-services/modular-buildings/ for a piece of land that I inherited from my father just outside the city. From there on I focused more on what was important and my company has been flourishing beautifully.

His struggle, how he overcomes them.
The psychology behind the scene. I have discovered that during my journey the biggest challenges I had to overcome are my own fears and demons. You need to accept them and find a way to overcome them.

A mentor and a coach help a lot in that direction.

Now am seeking a mastermind group to gather ideally weekly with other cofounder. I should post something here to build this.

I enjoy reading any stories of building in public that go into more details than just what they did or are doing. I don't want to just read a list of features or description of the product. I prefer more case study style of building in public where it talks about the decisions made, why those decisions were made and the actual process behind building.
