Notion for all the things.
At my company, we use 5 common software project management: Atlassian Jira + Agile, Active Collab, TargetProcess, Pivotal Tracker, SprintGround.
To know more the reason why we use them, just follow what makes a good Project Management Software
Notion and Clubhouse.io
Good ole' Basecamp

Asana for project management.
Jira for dev agile management
Nimbus Note for documentation (Confluence in the past)
Shared seafile cloud, GitLab and Trello.
Trello and Google Keep for do a pretty good job (if you work all by yourself...).
Could you imagine a better one than Google Keep?
How could it be improved?
PM - shared excel sheet.
Documentation - shared word docs.
Simple and to the point, works very well for teams under 10 :)
