What does a typical day look like for you as a Community Manager? What workflows are automated vs. manual?

almost all of it is manual in the beginning. very little is automated.

i check feeds from social accounts and then i engage with every single person... i try not to miss anyone. this isn't sustainable, but, is a must-have tactic when you're starting from scratch.

... most folks miss this; you can literally feel the difference tho.
