Recently, we got some very exciting traffic on our analytics dashboard.
A user who found us in their own (a search on duck duck go), visited the website, signed up, went straight to the GTM cold email outreach tab and triggered a campaign... Not once, but six full times!
This is a reflection of both product quality, good marketing and great copy.
This is a first of this for us, but I have a feeling that there's a lot more to come.
I'm still looking for someone to partner with me in marketing.
Six campaign runs from one organic signup is a strong activation signal, but I’d separate that from “good onboarding.” Did the user return on another day or get a measurable outcome from those campaigns, or is repeat use within one session still the main signal?
Congrats—six visits after signup is a strong signal. I’d watch time-to-first-value and whether the user completes one meaningful action before adding more onboarding steps. A few short user conversations about what they expected to happen next can reveal the missing cue quickly. What’s the first action you want every new user to finish?
