What does IH use to generate its avatars
I really like the avatars generated when you create an account with Indiehackers and I am looking for a solution to be able to do this myself for a project I am working on.
Do you know that this service is called and where I can find it?

You might have a better shot at getting this answered if you move it to the Meta group 👍
There isn't a service, I just have a few images and one gets randomly chosen for you once you join. They're all identical except for the colors.
