What domain should I pick?

Even with or without a space or color schema to visually determine the separation of words, I think "if" is a "weak" word.

Words like B ("beh), P ("peh") K ("keh") have punch. Think Coca cola, or BitBucket- they have punch and also alliterate which is a bonus!

Words like "if", "out", "aunt" don't aspirate - think spitting in the face of the person listening.

"if" "remote" just sounds a little feeble to me. If also is a word which sounds kinda indecisive. Of course, you want "remote" in the name because that's a key feature of your service.

My advice would be to either find a word that alliterates (what "Roger Rabbit" would be to "<r-something> remote", or choose a more punchy front word "Go", "Get".

Don't bother with dot io. By dropping it you can call your site "<word> remote" or "remote <word>" in everyday chat without having to clarify the domain extension. Easier to market and I suspect Google will favor dot com anyway despite them claiming they treat them the same.

If you were to choose dot io, I think it would be better for a web API product, not a job site.
