What email API are you using?

Curious to hear what email API people are using for their daily/weekly automated emails. I'd like to be able to automate campaigns, but currently I'm using EmailOctopus which I'm not sure supports that function (node.js backend - still playing around with it though).

Anyone have an API they like to use?
