What email softwares do you use?

If you expect high volume and want cheap option with a lot of features - use Sendinblue. Beware their customer support is shit.

If you are ok to afford a bit higher pricing go for Active Campaign- they have best feature set for email marketing automation. ( or at least used to when I did a research a year ago). Beware as your contact list grows your bill wil do as well :)

I use Encharge, but I'm slowly transitioning to Gleap.
Encharge is excellent, though, and they also have integrations, flows, and transactional emails.

I'm just changing to Gleap to collect all my activities for Planzer in one place.

ConvertKit is easy to set up automations. I use it though for more email marketing (your #3).

I use Postmark for transactional emails. your #1 and #2.

I've been using Klaviyo and MailChimp for a while. In my experience, the former is better at handling deeper integrations, while Mailchimp is good for simpler campaigns.

For the most basic stuff, Mailchimp might be enough - probably the most popular brand in that industry.

For more complex implementations, connections with DB &, etc, I would recommend Iterable.

I run a lemlist alternative called super send. it will do 1 and 2 but not really 3 easily. same with lemlist.

I use ConvertKit for email sequences, and Amazon SES for transactional emails.

When someone signs up for 2quiet2market.com (my app), it adds them to ConvertKit so that they receive a sequence of valuable emails. I do that via the ConvertKit API.

I host my own Mailcow mail server and implement any logic when I want to send a mail in my backend on my own.

Webmail

I prefer Postmark for transactional emails these days.
