What FAQ/Wiki tool do you use?

For a while, I have been looking for some kind of tool that allows me to easily create some kind of FAQ or Wiki. People regularly ask questions about my SaaS (Servitor.io) and a slick looking knowledgebase would fit well here.
It would be cool if they allow the sharing of information inside a team or in a public way (so not a private list). Hosted or self-hosted doesn't matter, but in the hosted case API access would be nice.
So what do you all use?
I view FAQ's and Wiki's as two different things. For the FAQ's, stick a few under your pricing tables on your pricing page.
