What feature should I add to make my data science community more engaging?

I am creating a data science community. It would be great if you guys can suggest a few features that will help to make the community more engaging.

I want the members of my community to use their profile on the community as a reference of their work and share it in their job profiles or on other communities as a reference (For example a GitHub profile). Could you please suggest something for that as well?
