What framework/tools to use to build an online video creator

I want to build a pretty simple video creator online, where the user can upload photos/media, select music track and have an UI to put some text on certain frames.
What are some of the popular front-end (for the editor) and backend (video generation) library/frameworks that might be useful to look into?

Hey Ran. I know this isn't the answer you were after. But I'm looking for a new tech CTO (with experience in AI/NLG) to help build upon an already built saas web app for content creation.
It sounds like it could be right down your street - https://getspread.io/ (I already have 500+ pre-signups and 100+ signups with minimal effort).
The product has been built already with the help of a friend but mainly through paid freelancers, I want to take it to the next level and scale with a pro techie.
