What google forms alternatives do you recommend?

What I am looking for is:

  • behaves EXACTLY like google forms (simple, self-hosted form on a separate page, without a need for any login, with data landing in a dedicated google sheet, or even csv file)
  • looks better / more contemporary / more stylish than google forms with more opportunity to customize the styles, even up to coding the css yourself
  • cheap. I am ready to pay but I will not get a 500$ lifetime subscription just to create 1 form. Actually paying per form would be quite awesome.

I'm actually working on a product that fits this description. Check out https://formjelly.com - and if it's something you think could work for you, I'd be happy to set you up with an early user account.

Hey this looks like exactly what I would need. I watched the video on landing page and it answered a lot of my questions.

      • So your app is usable at this very moment?
      • What pricing (more or less) you plan to have?

It's currently usable with the default styling. Customizing the design should be live in 1-2 weeks. I'm still working on pricing, but depending on how many entries you expect to receive I could start you on a free early user account to start. Email me at hello@formjelly.com and we can go from there.

Hei, sorry for a little bit late. I'm working on https://formcubes.com, it works like google forms does, you can export your submissions to CSV , JSON , or formated text.

In formcubes, you use your own HTML form and CSS styling. Basically all you need to build your own HTML form, then point your form action attribute to the Formcubes endpoint.

Formcubes expected to be live in 2 weeks tho.

    I'm following.

I've been playing around and Hubspot seems to be one of the better compromises, mostly because we use Hubspot as a CRM.

I've been looking into Jotforms a lot, the level of customisation looks good.
