What has surprised you about Indie Hacking?
I think many of us start out believing it's all about the Product. We're fairly skilled at building, design, etc. But we quickly realize these skills, while useful, make up such a small part of the picture. Writing, marketing, connecting with other Indie Hackers... it's about so much more than Product. What has surprised you about Indie Hacking?

Agreed! The difference an audience makes is staggering. So critical to connect with others. Can be mutually beneficial in lots of ways, be it personal or for the product.
