I've been trying to use content writers from Fiverr (either do the research for me or write the content) and make some heavy edits. Mixed success but I think it's a lot more affordable/manageable at the moment than a full fledged agency.
I also tried to work with content writers from Fiverr. Unless you make some very heavy edits the content provided can be considered as garbage.
Maybe it is a cheap solution but in my case, I don't find any value to outsource it on Fiverr anymore since it does not make my life easier.
What are they actually creating for you? SEO blog posts?
Two things either 1) research report about a certain topic that I can use to create my own content 2) a full SEO content/blog post, that I can use as a skeleton or a basis then make edits

Yeah so I'm not actually looking for a content team. I'm creating a content marketing based application named Spread and wanted to do some additional market research as we go into BETA...

Have you ever considered automating your content marketing to a certain degree?
Yeah! I used to use an app that automated my twitter, but I think that API was shut down.
Then why wouldn't Spread be ideal for your marketing then?

I've only worked with one but it was quite scammy, used what looked like copy/paste content
