What have you done for yourself today?

I'll start:

I've just come back from a fabulous run in the forest. The sun was dawning, the temperature perfect, and I was breathing the cleanest air you could possibly imagine. While I was enjoying every single moment, the last few light rays were miraculously breaking through the tree roof.

After I came back, I took a cold shower. Like, really, really cold. Not because I'm a very productive person, but because, for some reason, warm water didn't work, and I realized it only when I was already in the shower. The last time I had a purposefully cold shower is quite long ago, so it wasn't easy. But I still enjoyed the heck out of it.

Now you. What have you done for yourself today? Did you do some sports? Did you treat yourself to a delicious coffee in the sun? Did you cuddle your pet? Tell us!

    Hi Maxim, a good question!

During the week, at 11am I walk or hike (depends on the weather what route and terrain I choose) between 5-6 kilometers, and then at 3:30pm I either run 5-6 kilometers or bike 16-20 kilometers.

At the weekends, I often walk 5-10 kilometers, or bike 20-30 kilometers.

    I thrive on this routine.

Having and following such a routine is so cool, it makes sure you'll always have done something for yourself!

We should do this more often. It is very important, I have neglected myself for some years.

For example today I went for a nice walk with my 8 years old daughter to the sea. It was really nice to actually do something just because...

We that are sitting on front of screen pretty long should take this more serious...

For example I am treating my self to a bike, so I can do biathlons, cycling and running...is time to get back on track.

Sounds amazing! Are you living at the sea, or are you on vacation?

Yeah, we need to learn to enjoy life more :)

We actually live the Åland Islands, between Sweden anf Finland and we have the water in less than 1km.

I did a nice salad for lunch :-) And finally caved in and created my company Amazon Business account to buy a new, working (hopefully) printer :-D The old kept jamming and it was just killing me...
