What I learned after talking to freelancers about their daily workflow

After my last post, a few freelancers shared how they actually manage their day-to-day work.

One thing stood out clearly:

Most freelancers don’t have a system — they have a patchwork.

Tasks in one app
Client notes in another
Invoices somewhere else
And reminders mostly in their head

This constant context switching creates more stress than the work itself.

Another interesting insight:
Many freelancers don’t want more features — they want fewer decisions.
Something that quietly keeps tasks, clients, and invoices aligned.

That’s the direction I’m taking while building Truedoit — focusing on real workflows, not adding features just to look “complete”.
