What I learned from building the Entre Community

One big thing I’ve learned from helping build the https://joinentre.com/ community :)

Do things that DON’T SCALE… yeah you read that right!

What do I mean by that? 👇

  1. Constantly spend time reaching out to new/early members of the community, get to know them more than by their name and profile pic!

Who are they? What do they? Why did they join? What do they want to gain from the community?

  1. Hop on Zooms to:
  • Make an AUTHENTIC CONNECTION :)
  • Learn who they are as a person!!!
  • Not just where they are from, but what DRIVES THEM!?
  • Get good and bad feedback of your community and iterate!
  1. Then my personal fav….

Help them help with literally anything you can… yes!

  • Connect them to a resource, someone else in their industry, an investor etc
  • Give advice on something you know well (TikTok/content for me)

They will leave with a golden nugget of value!

  1. FOLLOW UP!

  2. Like I said, this DOESN’T SCALE well, but in the early stages this is soooooo valuable, and also my fav part of my job!

If you’re in the community space, what else would you add? 👇
