~140 active users so far. What I’m tracking isn’t accounts, but people who actually show up and use the tool, even without signing up.
I’ve been working on Tasque about 1.5h a day on a very steady cadence. Mondays are Reddit comments, Tuesdays writing, Wednesdays video, Thursdays LinkedIn, Fridays I look at signals, Saturdays I prep the next week. It’s slow, but it’s consistent. I’m talking to users, shipping small fixes quickly, and trying not to outrun what people actually need.
The tension for me right now is scale. The product feels genuinely useful, calm, and lightweight, but I don’t know yet if that kind of value compounds or just stays small. I’ve given it six months, kept it free, and I’m watching what real usage does over time.
Curious how others have thought about scale when the product works quietly, even without accounts or obvious hooks.
