What if words are just functions() being executed as we speak?

In programming, a function() encapsulates a bunch of code that, when executed, performs an action; it reduces a complex series of instructions into a phrase like getData() or makeActive()

What if each word we speak is actually a function encapsulating an intention.

And as we speak, each word (function) executes the encapsulated intention, thereby creating reality.

For example

I want() to loseWeight() puts into motion a series of thoughts, which then, turn into actions and eventually update the hologram that we experience as 3 dimensional reality.

Something to contemplate()

    Thank you Dave for the valuable article, we always need this reminder to remind our selves to mind our words! I have started my journey with this blog, it is not the best :) But I am trying my best. maybe not exactly related, ButI hope it will add any value.

      Thanks, trying to get into the habit of expressing my thoughts more rather than just letting them cycle around my mind

    Too bad you can't easily 'unit test' them before deploying them to production...

      Maybe that's what talking to ourselves is for? 😆
