I've been building Parsley solo for the past few months and wanted to share the idea with this community - partly to introduce myself, and partly because I'd genuinely love some feedback.
The problem I kept running into
I spent ~20 years in B2B sales, and the pattern was always the same: send a cold email or LinkedIn message, get ignored, and when you finally get someone on a call, you're starting completely blind. You have no idea what they actually care about.
Meanwhile, paper business cards? 10 billion printed globally every year, and 88% get thrown away within a week.
The "what if" moment
What if the link you share - in your email signature, on LinkedIn, after a meeting - wasn't just a static card, but something that could actually learn what your prospect is interested in?
That's Parsley. It's a digital business card with an embedded AI chatbot that engages your prospects 24/7. When someone clicks your link, they can browse your profile - videos, case studies, calendar booking, docs - and chat with an AI trained on your knowledge base.
The part I'm most excited about
The chatbot doesn't just answer questions. It tracks the topics each prospect asks about - pricing, integrations, security, whatever matters to them - and passively detects buying signals using MEDDIC methodology (decision authority, pain points, timeline, budget). No one is interrogated. The signals are inferred naturally from conversation.
All of this syncs to your CRM - Attio, HubSpot, whatever you use - so before your first call, you get a one-click pre-call brief: what topics they explored, which MEDDIC signals were detected, what their intent score is, and what your content didn't cover (so you know your knowledge gaps).
Where things stand
Live at parsley.id
(What i hope is) a generous free tier with all core features; Business tier at $12/user/month
Solo founder, bootstrapped
-In early user feedback phase - actively looking for B2B sales folks to try it
Tech stack for the curious: Next.js, TypeScript, Firebase, Tailwind CSS, Vercel. Chatbot runs on Gemini with RAG over uploaded knowledge docs.
What I'd love to hear from you
I'm still figuring out the right way to position this. Is this a "better business card" or a "sales intelligence tool"? I keep going back and forth.
If you're in B2B sales or know someone who is, I'd really appreciate you taking a look and telling me what clicks (or doesn't).
