What is a good SaaS to publish support articles with?
For my business CloudEMDR, I'm looking for the best way to build FAQ pages. I currently have something that's hardcoded and it's a pain to maintain, so I rarely upgrade it. It's also not SEO optimized.
A lot of the users I'm serving actually find me by googling something like "Remote trauma therapy" so I want to write Support Articles that answer those questions. I think it'll be great for my existing users as well as new ones.
So I'm looking for a tool that enables me to:
- Write Support Articles Easily (using some kind of CMS)
- The Support Articles can be loaded into my site (Built in VueJS)
- They are SEO optimized
Bonus points if it's cheap or open source. I looked at ButterCMS, but it's $99/month, which is too high for my business at the moment.

I use Saber for my help docs. It's a static site generator built on view, so easy to extend and customise.
Alternatively there's VuePress which, I believe, the Vue team use for there docs.

Some sort of static site generator could do it. I’d start there.
Where is your site deployed? Are you limited by your control of your directory structure?
I'm using https://vercel.com/ to deploy me site - I don't have many limitations, but it'd be great if the solution would be part of my Vue app.

Taking a look there, you probably do need some sort of static site to be able to integrate with your stack. Perhaps some generator that gets called during your build?

In the end, I decided to use VuePress to power a docs website that I like to from our main website: https://docs.cloudemdr.com

Hard to customize
If you're just solo can't you just use markdown for now (will also be verison controlled)?
We plan on adding an API to http://versoly.com/ at some point but isn't on the near term roadmap.
You might be able to use self host/hosted https://ghost.org/ they have an API you can use. Problem is database backups, upgrades etc on self hosted.
Would also love to see if your conversions go up if you added a standard landing page.
