What is a good signup rate for validation?

Hi dear hackers,

I've recently created a landing page for NBA Ticket Advisor, started marketing to see if there is enough demand.

In one week I had 2k visitors on the website. I had 25 people signed up for the early access.

Is 1.25% a good conversion rate?
Let's say in 1 month I got 200-250 people signed with this rate, is that a sign to build the entire product?

I need your ideas and experiences in general, thanks in advance!
