What is a Mental Health Studio?

Ok,

Like many of you here, I found Indie Hackers while looking for a community. Well, in my case, a new community. Here at Liberate, we're in the midst of building out own little community, but we need your help!

See, we're trying to build out first-ever mental wellness studio with classes designed to expand and empower you. A blend of physical movement, mindfulness practice, and community, Liberate is the wellness studio that that will leave you feeling lighter.

What makes us unique is our format. A sprinkle of meditation, a touch of stretching, a little journaling. We're trying tor focus on the whole picture instead of a little tiny piece.

I hope to come here and meet likeminded entrepreneurs in the space as well as fitness and wellness enthusiasts. Each week my plan is to update my community on what we're doing here at LS in hopes of luring you all into a better sense of being.

If you ever have any questions don't hesitate to reach out and say hello.

If you've heard enough and want to check out a class already, here's the url: https://www.liberatestudio.com/

I like the idea of framing mental health as something that can be practiced and developed rather than only addressed when problems arise.

Many people invest time in physical fitness, but mental well-being often receives attention only during periods of stress or burnout. Creating a dedicated space for reflection, emotional awareness, and personal growth could help make mental health support more proactive.

I'm curious how you differentiate a mental health studio from traditional wellness centers or therapy practices. The positioning feels unique and could resonate with people looking for a more holistic approach to well-being.
