What is a product or service that does not exist that you would gladly pay $10 a month for?
by
Kadir
Or alternatively:
a) $11 to $50 a month
b) $50 to $100 a month
Thanks in advance!
I would pay $10/Month to NOT receive physical paper spam in my mailbox (United States). I literally have to check my mailbox every day which takes about 5 minutes of my time to sort through the garbage and only look for relevant mail (which is 0 on most days). So I am spending about 35 minutes per week when I should be spending like 5 mins per week.
Not sure about US law, but here in Germany you can buy stickers that basically say "No spam, please!" and ignoring them can lead to a (sometimes hefty) fine.
I think there's a similar law in the US, but I don't think it's enforced at all. I tried adding my address that "no-spam" list once - nothing changed at all.
So, basically the startup here is to setup a law firm that would be collecting claims from people like me and automatically suing everyone, who does not obey the no-spam law. I doubt its viability though :D
Yeah, I was thinking of suing the hell outta spammers as well, but I think especially in the US this would require tremendous capital.
not on a monthly basis but I want to rent carts at the beach for a week at a time when I am there. I'd pay $100 for that, the 2 times a year I go. Similar to this ==> https://www.amazon.com/Sea-Striker-BRSC-DLX-Fishing-Pneumatic/dp/B00FPQRQMY/ref=asc_df_B00FPQRQMY/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=312111788523&hvpos=1o1&hvnetw=g&hvrand=16725141367198280347&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9009978&hvtargid=pla-569094312629&psc=1&tag=&ref=&adgrpid=62425943912&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvadid=312111788523&hvpos=1o1&hvnetw=g&hvrand=16725141367198280347&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9009978&hvtargid=pla-569094312629
but I don't want to have to pack it in my car, or deal with it. Just want it when I am there and to move on.
Many beaches have local services that rent carts, bikes, cribs, grills, all sorts of items. Here is an example https://www.oceanatlanticrentals.com/ but they are usually over the phone or in person, so there could definitively be some opportunity to make it easier. Uber for beach equipment
yeah I know they exist but they arent easy to get. The business model is definitely hard (hence why I didn't start this myself 😜😜😜). You don't get repeat usage like uber does (multiple rides per month per customer). You have physical goods to maintain (the actual carts vs uber offloading that responsibility to drivers).
This might be more like Lime/Bird where they need a LOT (and I mean A LOT A LOT) of capital to make it start to work. And they aren't near profitability.
So, while I do want it, I think its really really hard to operate.
This really seems like something that should exist already, makes a lot of sense.
It might not be an ideal business to operate as an indiehacker but is something I want
Massage on place
there's a service for that called soothe
Can you elaborate a bit please?
I guess someone goes to where you are, and gives you a massage.
Something like https://www.treatwell.co.uk
https://bossasaservice.life
They still have a wait list :/
