What is a viable MVP?
I’ve heard that you shouldn’t go off the deep end and end all your features before showing a prototype to a customer... but what is the threshold?
Do you have user auth, stripe and the main features lined up before you launch? Isn’t that the same thing as building the whole app?
How minimum can minimum be? I’ve heard of people launching with just a landing page but is that reasonable for a saas you’d have to spend weeks to build?
You'll probably have a different answer every time, but the litmus test is, would you use your product based on the information you provide? is the small set of features enough value and would you pay for it?
