What do you use currently? Any software like Xero/Quickbooks - or all manually?
I use Xero, a bookkeeper for day to day, then accountants for annual accounts and advice.
I'm a big fan of Xero - used it for years and have done lots of automation work around it.
Wondering for you - since you use that and have outsourced most of the work - what's left of Accounting work that grinds you?
Nothing really, and having the bookkeeper is key. It was a huge pain finding the right person for our business, it took a long time.
