What is Bot Bureau?

Bot Bureau provides Ireland’s first AI receptionist service designed for small and medium-sized businesses.

We help busy owners — from tradespeople and dentists to gyms, clinics and retailers — make sure no call is ever missed.

Our AI assistants answer the phone 24/7 in natural Irish voices, capture customer details, log enquiries, and even book appointments.

Every call is summarised instantly, giving you clarity and saving valuable time.

With simple monthly pricing, no contracts, and a self-service online portal, Bot Bureau makes advanced AI accessible, compliant and affordable.

We are proud to support Irish SMEs by combining world-class AI with local expertise, helping you deliver better service, win more business, and focus on what you do best.
