What is most difficult thing for you when working on your dream project?

For me hardest part of working on Qjub is found a balance between perfectionism and desire do go deep and learn a bunch of new cool stuff and 'good enough' state for MVP in order to move forward and hope to ever release it. I'm wondering what are your struggles? Are they same? Or do you struggle with something else?

Working in the business vs. on the business is always a challenge. Particularly when things start to get super busy.

I can imagine that focusing on ‘what matters’ is hard, for me whats even harder is to validate my ideas and i struggle finding beta users for my app.
In which phase of development are you?

Yeah, that too, getting users is hard :-). I launch a landing page just recently to be able to promote Qjub and try to get some people willing to test the app later when I release it. I'm mostly done with MVP - use it myself already for some time. There is few things I want to do before release - app has no styles what so over, ability to share a boards with others and few other things. I quite constantly ask myself what else I can cut off from 1st version, but I get to point where it's really difficult. If I manage to release it around end of Q1 2020 I will be happy.
