What is preventing you from talking to your future users?

As a UX Designer, talking to users is the very essence of my job. I can't do it without understanding what the problem is. This is both logical and essential. But I have an advantage, it's easy for me.

Despite all the resources on the subject I have the feeling that for some people it’s complicated to go to your future users and talk to them, but I cannot quite understand why.

You're more than welcome to share your history, what you are trying to build and why you didn't talk to some users yet.
