What is taking longer than expected?
It's easy to assume that others ship quicker than you, this is most likely far from the truth. Maybe if we shared some tips we could help each other speed things up just a little bit.

(e.g template files, images, checklists, tutorials, asking for help, online tools).
Making video tutorials, holy heck. I've started doing smaller and smaller segments so that I don't try to make a long segment only to delete it because I messed up on one word.
In the past, I made the mistake of not using a proper website template, or even none at all. Writing all the css myself, or working with free templates having to adjust way too many things did not only cost me a lot of time and concentration - my projects even looked just unprofessional.
And having a well designed template from the beginning can been quite encouraging. You're getting faster to a point where you think "This will be awesome!".
