What is the best Pipedrive alternative OR Sales management tool?

Would like to hear advice from IH folks :)

Googled and Quora-ed a bit but couldn't find a nice tool to manage sales pipeline. Any recommendation?

Wondering the same Felix. I tried using Pipedrive today and ran into basic issues around making contacts into leads. Support was too busy to respond via chat. Confusing UX and busy support. Coincidence? 🤔 Nah lol

Exactly the same, what is your solution now? @dru_riley

I just left my buddy's house, who uses Pipedrive. He said to leave them as contacts and email them. Only move contacts to leads if they respond.

But new problem: We found that emails sent from Pipedrive go to spam. Emails sent from the same origin account (within gmail) are fine. It's a business domain btw. (Gsuite)

So if you use Pipedrive, just email friends first to make sure you're not ending up in spam.

Solution? I'll probably send one-by-one until I find another CRM. Lemme know if you have a better idea.

          I can feel you @dru_riley

Seems like HubSpot does a better job regarding email communication

Someone recommended https://capsulecrm.com/ below - would give a try

Update: Patched something together with snov.io and gmail templates.

Tried Hubspot and Capsule yesterday but no luck. What features are you looking for @felix12777?

    Hey Felix,
You are moreover looking for a tool to manage your current leads or manage your outbound pipeline?

    1. 1

Hey @rahulrajvanshi - what about both :) Any suggestions?

      1. 1

For outbound pipeline - Outplayhq.com or Reply.io (I am launching my beta in 90 days will love to have you onboard if your sales team is 8+)
For managing leads - Hubspot CRM free version does the work.

On the non-paid bootstrapping plans I love AgileCRM. For more complicated sales pipelines at scale HubSpot has great integrations but depends on the business. If you are cold calling a lot => close.io is probably best.

Hey @kirso - Close is a good one. Their newsletter and blog are awesome too!

Hey Felix. Try Anteater Pipelines - for Gmail & Outlook. https://tryanteater.com/ - & PM me if you want to join our Early Access Program to try out some new features we're planning around pipelines before their official release.

Hey thanks @anteater - is there any public link or landing page?
