What is the best platform to engage with users?
I'd like to get more engagement from my android app users. The market demographic covers small biz, solopreneurs, on the go businesses, as it's quite a universal productivity tool.
I'm wondering any suggestions on what channel has been best to get user feedback from?

Sending out newsletters with requests to reply back in them.

Not too sure mate. I watched your video and cant see how that can help me communicate with my customers at all.
Oh, I just realized that you need bidirectional communication. Well, I think it depends on the message, for example a newsletter may be a good medium to ask for a reply, or a call to action to answer a survey online/poll.
