Since I live in a totally different time zone and 80% of my customers are from the USA, I'm wondering what is the best time in the day to send emails them?
I'm on PST in the US. I read and take care of all my emails in the morning between 8:00am - 10:00am.
Awesome! thanks, @ginad this is super helpful as you're in the same timezone as most of my customers!
Depends on your industry a fair amount, but I generally shoot to get marketing emails in inboxes around 7am, and only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays. I would also A/B test your sends to make sure you can validate what's working for you as well!
Thanks @kristinides this was so helpful, the problem I have is that I'm new to this time zone and adapting isn't hapenning fast enough, that's why I'm trying to cut the A/B testing time by getting answers from people who live in these time zones.
7am sounds like a good time for me, thanks!
Although I see the best engagement for my newsletter either before 9am or right before "lunch" ends at 12:30 - 1:00" I'd really suggest you test this. If you have a large enough list, you should experiment with your send time and see how your audience actually engages.
