What is the best time to post on LinkedIn?

UK? US? Europe? I tested it all. Here’s what I found…

For months I kept trying to crack the “best time to post on LinkedIn.”

I posted Tuesdays at 10 AM (because Buffer said so).

Tried Thursdays at lunch (because Sprout Social swore by it).

Even did weekend experiments.

Nothing consistently worked.

I spoke to a few other folks; consultants, founders, creators ... and they all had the same story:

“Sometimes it hits, sometimes it flops. No idea why.”

So back in Feb 2025, I added an analytics engine to LiGo just to test this properly.

Since then I’ve analyzed ~30-50 profiles each month. Different countries, different niches, different audience sizes.

And at this point, I can say with confidence:

Most “best time to post on LinkedIn” advice is garbage.

There is no universal best time. You have to find yours.

If you’re still timing your posts based on what some infographic says — you might be leaving a lot of reach on the table.
