What is the best tool for product knowledge base/help center?

I recently launched the beta version of my product, and I plan to create a knowledge base to help users guide through the product.

So I far found GitBook interesting(& free), but the embed feature is limited. I cannot embed interactive product demos I made using my own product.

And I don't want to use Notion.

Could you suggest some good knowledge base tools? 🙏
