What is the best way to have an employer enter and update their employees into a SaaS product?

Are there any prebuilt components or platforms that can allow a non technical employer to easily import and update information about their employees, like their name and email address, into a SaaS product?

While not ideal, I know that payroll platforms allow exporting of CSVs containing employee info, which could then be used by the employer to manually import and update the employees in the product. In the absence of a better solution, if one was to go down this non-automated route, what kind of components/tools/technologies would you use in the product to make the employer’s life easier?
