What is the best, when you are two fullstack guy working on a project ?

There is no right answer to this but having two full stack developers does have an advantage you can both add features to the MVP.

I'd start with working on some parts each to try and work out a balance. Just because you have 2 fullstack developers doesn't mean they can work together on the same projects. You might need 1 to lay down the ground work and the style and then work with in that.

It also depends on what you are building as your MVP. Maybe you don't need both of you on the whole thing and 1 can focus on front end and tests and the other back end and deployment.

IMO the best is, One person focuses on building an audience & other focuses on getting the MVP ready.

Too many variables to declare a "best".

• If they're both full stack, are they the same full stack?
• What is the project / MVP?
• Do they have preferences on things to do?
• Do they have other non-dev skills (marketing, sales, design)?

There's so much more that goes into building a real business than coding- I'd suggest the two discuss what they think they'd like to be working on and decide from there.
