What is the biggest problem newsletter owners face?
Many newsletters have been started recently, so I want to know what are the biggest challenges/issues for newsletters writers.
Is it growing your email list? Writing good content so open rates are high? Not having enough revenue?

most folks have trouble committing to a weekly publishing schedule.
writing is the biggest problem for most newsletters... people don't publish.
This, so much.
The long term commitment is hard, especially when (usually) growth is slow to start with.
the first few weeks and months are crucial... most folks give up right about there.
but, if you don't stop, you see the results!
Keep your audience engaged and maintain the quality of content.
I'd probably say growing the list is the toughest part about a newsletter. A lot of times, newsletter writers are pretty good product people, but struggle with marketing (me included).
I write Album Daily, and that is definitely my biggest struggle.
