What is the criteria for ranking on social media ?

Hi, im thinking of creating a side project which rank your social media post a sort of seo ranking but for you social media post. I would like to know what the secret sauce for having a medium post with a lot of comments or views. For example it could be the language you choose to write, the target, the tags, the time you post, the people who follow you, the content itself, the title of the post, the frequency you post, if its not a duplicate content.. Do you have other ideas ?
