But it's spammed in both the digital marketing as digital nomads and in tiny houses niche and sometimes as modern [US] Homelessness

Digital nomad - 6 months home, 6 months Thailand or other warm place. Online income source, often consulting other wannabes.

Tiny home nomad - living in a moving place usually a type of house converted vehicle. Moving around by choise, usually a designed lifestyle.

Just a nomad out of context - probably close to homeless and poor.. might be someone who doesn't fit in well for different reasons, something creative, sometimes long sad stories..
