What is the growth strategy of @useMotion?

I'm building an app with similar nature and is struggling with growth and acquisition. I saw Motion's ads lately and get hooked by their marketing campaign, as their retargeting ads is so intense that I'm getting them everyday.

That makes me wonder do they rely on this inorganic of growth solely but still manage to thrive, or they have other channels to grow such as some smart referral program? Anyone knows what's their deal?
