What is the hardest part about building a SaaS or digital product?

Over the past few years, I have been learning about creating digital products and SaaS products. It was a very long journey. It doesn't have to be this hard.

What resource would make this process easier and how much would you pay? I would to help people launch their SaaS from a technical and business perspective.
