What is the most painful part of your meetings?

from thinking that you need one, receiving an invitation, inside a meeting itself... to a week later
Having my time wasted by being invited to meetings that are not relevant to me whatsoever. I have a lot of responsibility and am quite busy, so when I attend a meeting that I could avoid entirely it makes me nervous knowing I have work that needs to be finished and I cannot do it in the meeting.
